Diversify Wyoming’s Economy and Working Toward Independence From Federal Dollars

Wyoming has the smallest population of any state but one of the highest per capita dependencies on federal dollars. For two decades Wyoming has been at the mercy of boom and bust cycles because our economy has not adapted to changing times. While opening the doors to mineral diversity is important, it is not the only way Wyoming can create more sustainable jobs and stable families.

We need to end government protectionism! We must perform licensure reform to allow every entrepreneur the ability to pursue their dream. We need to create competition in our market by making crony deals a thing of the past. As your representative, I will work tirelessly to form coalitions in our legislature to end the practice of picking winners and losers.
