Education is consistently the number one issue Wyoming voters care about. We are a rural, sparse state with challenges many other states don’t deal with. As such, it is important that leaders protect families’ choices in education. We need to think outside the box, engage technology, and let markets innovate a tired system.
One size fits all education models are a thing of the past, and the essence of government overreach. Families need options to educate their children and I am committed to exploring all of those options and letting families decide what’s best for them.
My mother is an educator, so this particular issue hits home. It is important to me that the voices of successful educators are brought to the table to reform Wyoming’s education system.
